Payments
Payment is required on the day of appointment by cash or EFTPOS. We also accept Visa/Mastercard and Debit cards.
Using HICAPS we can process on-the-spot claims through your health fund so that all you will need to pay is the gap payment. If, for whatever reason, your health fund claim cannot be processed on the day of your appointment, you will need to pay in full and claim back the refund from your Health Fund.
We do offer payment plans but this must be arranged prior to treatment.
If you need to cancel your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. Fees are charged for inadequate cancellation times or non-attendance.
Health Funds
We are a BUPA Members First Dentist, Medibank Member's Choice, NIB and HCF preferred provider. We are also able to process transactions for all other health funds with instant rebates (must have health fund card present).
Veterans
We welcome and can process all Department of Veterans Affairs Transactions
Child Dental Benefit Scheme
We participate in this Federal Government Scheme. If you are unsure whether your child/children are eligible, please call us and we can check for you. This scheme entitles eligible children to have treatment up to the value of $1000 over 2 years.
Public Dental Hospital Patients
We also accept patients that are referred to private dentists under the Public Dental Systems.
